How to Install kst software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

kst software package provides scientific data plotting tool, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install kst

kst is installed in your system.

Make ensure the kst package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kst *

You will get with kst package name, version, architecture and description in a table
